Registration fees

MetaMAT 2026 will be run as an on-site conference only to minimize technical risks and ensure maximal exposure to all selected talks.

The registration fee covers coffee breaks and lunches for the 5 days of the conference, a social event, and a conference banquet/garden party. The practical organization of the event depends on the registration fees we receive.

In order to register, you first must register with the sciencesconf.org website.

Locate the 'login' scrolling list in the top right corner below the conference banner and follow the instructions. Once you are logged in, a 'MY SPACE' menu will appear in the left menu bar, allowing you to practically control your registration and access secured fee payment. Registration will open in December 2025, and online payment will be activated.

Before 30 Mars 2026:

Early Bird : Students 500€, academic 700€, non-academic 900€

After 1 April 2026:

Late Rate: Students 650€, academic 850€, non-academic 950€
