Registration fees

MetaMAT 2026 will be run as an on-site conference only to minimize technical risks and ensure maximal exposure to all selected talks.

The registration fee covers coffee breaks and lunches for the 5 days of the conference. 

In order to register, you first must register with the sciencesconf.org website.

Locate the 'login' scrolling list in the top right corner below the conference banner and follow the instructions. Once you are logged in, a 'MY SPACE' menu will appear in the left menu bar, allowing you to practically control your registration and access secured fee payment. 

Conference fee:

Before 30 February 2026:

Early Bird : Students 500€, academic 700€, non-academic 900€

After 1 March 2026:

Late Rate: Students 650€, academic 850€, non-academic 950€

Please kindly arrange the payment by bank transfer to METAMAT Limited.

When making the transfer, ensure the exact amount is specified, and include the full name of the attendee in the payment reference. For example: "Registration METAMAT2026 Albert Einstein"

This will help us correctly identify and validate your registration.
