Registration fees and Payment

MetaMAT 2026 will be run as an on-site conference only to minimize technical risks and ensure maximal exposure to all selected talks. The registration fee covers coffee breaks and lunches for the 5 days of the conference. 

In order to register, you first must register with the sciencesconf.org website.

Conference fee:

Before 1 March 2026: Early Bird : Students £500, academic £700, non-academic £900

After 1 March 2026: Late Rate: Students £650, academic £850, non-academic £950

Cancellation policy: Registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by email to metamat26@meta-mat.org. A full refund, minus a £100 processing fee, will be granted for cancellations received before April 1, 2026. A 50% refund will be granted before June 1, 2025. After that, registration fees are non-refundable.
